No one knows what Jesus really looked like. Not even Rembrandt.

This campaign promoted Rembrandt and the Face of Jesus exhibition at the DIA.

COPY: Nine powerful and emotional portraits of Jesus by the Dutch master are brought together for the first time since 1656 when they hung together in Rembrandt’s studio. Beginning at the Louvre in Paris, onto the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and closing at the DIA, the exhibition of 70 works reveals how Rembrandt broke from previous representations in a radical quest to depict a more human, compassionate and realistic face of Jesus. |
